A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing healing experience where I use specifically tuned vibrational instruments to create different tones and frequencies that assist in mental clarity, balancing your physical body, clearing your chakras, and activating your higher states of consciousness. The healing benefits of a Sound Bath are to relieve stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
