Get Back to Basics, this class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. It is slower paced, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. This class is the perfect place to experience and explore common poses found throughout a flow based practice. Learn breathing techniques, the foundational poses, and how to feel more comfortable & confident in your practice. Great for true beginners, or those looking to refine their practice. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
