This class is the perfect place to experience and explore common poses found throughout a flow based practice. Learn breathing techniques, the foundational poses, and how to feel more comfortable & confident in your practice. Great for true beginners, or those looking to refine their practice. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
