Why should I choose Be Crystal Clear?
Because we care! We don’t want you as a client; we want you as a friend and as a part of our community.
I’ve never done this before. How do I get started?
Just book a class and show up, or you can always call or drop in and let our staff guide you to the best class for you.
What specials do you have for new students?
Be Crystal Clear has a $55 intro special that allows you unlimited access to all of our Group Fitness classes for 14 days.
Where do I park?
There is metered street parking on Linclon Blvd. and Broadway, as well as several free 2-hour spots on 7th Ave. The Santa Monica Public Library also has an underground parking structure that can be accessed from 7th Street between Santa Monica Blvd. and Arizona Ave. Rates are as follows:
The weekday daily maximum is $14.00.
The first 30 minutes are free. Then $0.50 per half hour for the next 1 hour.
After that, rates are $1.00 per half hour for the next 1.5 hours.
After that, rates are $1.50 per half hour for the next 2 hours.
After that, rates are $2.00 per half hour up to the daily maximum ($14).
The first 30 minutes are free. After that, rates are $1.00 per half hour, up to the daily maximum of $5.00.

Can I come in late?
Our late policy is….there is no late policy. We want you here! Please be advised that if you’re entering a group fitness class after its official start you need to be warm.
Can I bring my cell phone in to class?
Of course, you do need to silence it during class.
Can I rent the space?
Yes you can! Please submit a rental request here on our site under Studio and Room Rentals.
Does Be Crystal Clear offer private or corporate sessions?
Can I reserve spots for guests besides myself?
You can gift up to 2 sessions per month from your personal package, but your guest will still need to fill out some basic info when they come into the studio. If you are gifting your own sessions, you can reserve spots through our App or, if you have difficulty doing so, you can always call the Studio and let our Front Desk Staff help you out.
Are we able to freeze our monthly memberships?
Yes you can! Our freeze policy allows a member in good standing to temporarily suspend his or her membership upon request to Be Crystal Clear, at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. To begin the freeze, you must comply with the following terms: 1) once every 12 months; 2) for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 consecutive months; 3) no pro rata months; 4) for a fee of $15.00 per month. Members who have temporarily suspended their membership under this policy shall not have access to use any of the Be Crystal Clear facilities. Once freeze ends, member rate shall continue at the same rate immediately prior to the freeze, although date for monthly dues will change to new date based on the number of days the membership was suspended.
What’s your cancelation policy?
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time for any reason (relocation, disability, death, etc.) by sending a signed and dated written notice. You must provide notice at least 10 days prior to your next scheduled debit date. For more details, click here.
What are your hours?
Is there a minimum age requirement for classes?
Ages 4-12 are welcome in our Creative Movement Classes. Ages 13-17 may attend regular classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What should I wear and what should I bring with me to class?
Your style is def up to you! With that said we, recommend activewear or something that is easy to move and groove in. For yoga and stretch classes, shoes are not required; if you have a Yoga mat, bring it; otherwise you can always rent one of ours. For our Dance classes, we encourage a sneaker or street shoes, no mats needed. Bring a towel, a water bottle or a reusable bottle to fill up at our filling station, and if you forget, no worries—you can always grab a drink from our refreshments area.
What is a good first class to try if I don’t have Dance or Yoga experience?
Look at you, ready to try something new! Our classes are designed to be all levels, so come and have fun with no judgement on yourself or skill level. With that said, we recommend Back to Basics or Stiff Guy Stretch for the beginners to Yoga or stretching, or for Dance, try Zumba or Dance Cardio.
I’m pregnant. Which classes can I still take?
Congratulations! Always consult your doctor for any medical concerns or questions.
I have kids and they have to come with me to class. Is there a place for them to wait?
You can sign your kids up (ages 4-12) for one of our Kids Creative Movement Classes while you take a class at the corresponding time. Otherwise, anyone under 18 years of age must be monitored.
I have an injury — can I still take a class?
For all injuries, please remember to always consult your doctor for any medical concerns or questions.
How do I know which type of private healing is best for me? (reiki, sound bath, crystal , etc.)
Your Healing Practitioner will guide you to what is best. At the time of your booking, you may explain your issues or desired outcome, and we will find the perfect Practitioner and healing style for you.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
21 and up.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in to move and groove. We recommend sneakers, wedges, or boots for your optimal dance experience.
Is there a price difference for Pre-Purchase vs. At the Door?
Yes. Buy online for $30 or $35 at the door.
Is there Alcohol?
Not for purchase.
Is there food?
There is always snacks and drinks for purchase in our WISH room.
Is there a place to sit?
There are benches in our WISH room and floor lounging areas in the main LOVE room.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes it is…but trust you aren’t going to want to leave.
Santa Monica City Law mandates that smoking is prohibited within 20ft of entryways or windows of any public building. So sure as long as you’re 20ft away…you’re in YOUR smoking area.
Is there Valet / Parking?

Breathwork / Soundbath
I take dance and yoga and it’s good for my mind and body. How is this different?
This works more with your sympathetic nervous system, oxygenation, chakras, and subtle body on a healing and cleansing level.
How do I know if I’m breathing right?
As long as you follow the instructions given at the beginning of class, you can let your body be the guide.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable and relaxed laying on the floor.
I have an injury and can’t sit on the floor, can I still participate in Breathwork/Sound Bath?
For Breathwork and Sound Baths, you will be on the floor laying down on a thick mat, so as long as you can lay down on the floor, YES you can participate.
How often should I do Breathwork?
It’s like brushing your teeth…we recommend it daily.
Is this safe if I’m pregnant or have heart Issues?
Please consult your doctor with any health-related concerns.
What happens if I fall asleep in class?
If you fall asleep…Happy nappy! This is YOUR time. We encourage you to listen to your body and follow what it needs most… maybe that’s a nap.
What do I do if my mind wanders during class?
We encourage you to come back to the breath or a personal mantra/affirmation.
