In this session, you will be led through two of the best non-invasive healing practices of our time. The breathing process will alleviate anxiety and stress, release blocked emotions, and promote Deep Meditation. After the Breathwork, your practitioner will begin the Sound Bath, where you will relax, fall asleep or stay present with what you are experiencing. You did your work with the Breathwork, now let the healing vibrations do their work on you and for you.

This is a conscious, controlled breathing practice meant to influence a person’s mental, emotional and physical state. It is a safe and powerful breathing technique that releases tension and blockages from the mind, body and spirit. It is also a form of active meditation that helps one become more present, reduce stress and gain personal or spiritual insights, while calming and centering oneself with love, clarity and gratitude.
During a breathwork session, you will lie on a cozy mat or massage table (if it’s a private session). The practitioner will give a brief description of what to expect during the session and guide you through the proper breathing pattern. The breath functions as a link between the conscious and unconscious mind; a tool to influence the involuntary nervous system; a technique to decrease anxiety and increase spiritual awareness and development; ground the mind, body, and spirit; and increase communication pathways between the mind-body connection. It can also be used to relieve pain and increase creativity and intuition.
A sound therapy treatment is both a passive and participatory experience. The passive aspect is that you become more relaxed by lying down and slowing your breath. By doing this, you prepare yourself to receive sound. It’s in this place of stillness that you participate by becoming more open and aware of each sound that comes in. Sound helps create the pathway to this place of stillness the same way a mantra helps you to arrive at the still point of meditation.
The Sound Bath instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation, peace and expansion of consciousness. Each instrument is tuned to a specific frequency, which opens the body’s entire energetic system. The experience will diminish insomnia, release blocked emotions, promote deep meditation, alleviate anxiety and stress, and heighten clarity while improving the ability to concentrate. In this sound bath, listeners simply relax, fall asleep and/or stay present with what they are experiencing.
